What payment methods can I use?

For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our store, Sail Aegean Services has the following payment methods:
Payment upon receipt of the order at your location (cash on delivery):
Pay the partner of our company, with the delivery of your order to your place. The cash on delivery method is valid if the parcel does not exceed 4kg.According to the applicable tax provisions, documents worth more than €500 (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents worth more than €500 (before VAT) to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY with following ways:

VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and/or prepaid card issued by any bank. Your payment will be made on the absolutely secure ALPHA BANK website.

*An invoice is issued to companies and self-employed professionals if they fill in the following information during their order: Company name, A.F.M., D.O.Y., profession and note in the comments that they wish to issue a sales invoice.

TRANSACTIONS SAFETY

All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
