Description

-Yellow coloured liquid paste, designed for locking and sealing
metal pipes and fittings as well as for threaded connections.
-The product imparts an immediate,
low pressure sealing to metal pipes and fittings.
-It does not run, shrink or peel. It has excellent chemical and thermal resistance.
-Suitable for all metals. Medium-strength, general purpose thread sealant
for the sealing of metal racks. Secures connections against vibration
caused by loosening and other stresses.
-Easy application. Hardens on active and passive metals.
-Product offers performance for gaps up to 0.25 mm (0.01 inches).
-Has high resistance to various oils such as cutting oils, lubricants, corrosion inhibitors and protective fluids and cleaners containing surfactants,
substances and corrosion inhibitors.
-Registered to NSF Class P1 for use as a sealant where none exists
possibility of food contact in and around processing areas.
-Properly clamped fittings seal instantly for moderate pressures.
-For maximum pressure resistance and and solvent resistance, the product should
cure at least 24 hours.
-Remove with standard hand tools. Where hand tools do not work
due to excessive clamping or for large diameters (over 1″),
heat to approximately 250°C (480F) is recommended.
-Disassemble while hot.
