RETURN POLICY
If you want to change the product because you didn’t like it or simply changed your mind you can change it but on the condition that it will be in its original packaging and that the costs of its transport will be borne by you.
Changes are accepted only with the purchase receipt or invoice that always accompanies the goods and within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If the product is defective or we are responsible for an error, then the shipping costs are borne by our company. In any case we must be informed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The order can be canceled in the following cases:
A) Before the order is complete, during the online ordering process, you can press the “Cancel” button. Clicking on it automatically stops it the ordering process.
B) If the online order has been completed, but the product has not yet been shipped, you
can call 6987324636 and one of our associates will handle the cancellation of your order.
In case the product has been shipped, the return policy procedure is followed.
